LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Grass America, Inc. ("Grass") warrants to the homeowner/consumer its hinges, drawer slides, and accessory hardware manufcatured by Grass against defects in materials and workmanship, as determined by Grass, for the lifetime of the hinges, drawer slides or accessory hardware. This warranty does not cover any casues of malfunction other than defects in materials and workmanship, such as malfunctions caused by misuse, abuse, accident, modification, improper installation, or usual and customary wear. Grass will send a replacement product to the homeowner/consumer for a Shipping Handling Fee currently in effect. This warranty specificially does not include costs for removal of the defective product or installation of the replacement. If the defective product has been discontinued, Grass reserves the right to replace the defective product with a comparable product currently manufactured. There is no guarantee of full interchangeability offered, and the warranty does not apply to a discontinued product if at Grass' discretion a comparable product is not available.
